Placing an order
Chease orders can be placed through our website, in the shop section.
Orders are processed once the full payment has been received.
After placing an order online you will receive a confirmation email with a customer reference number. Should you wish to make an inquiry about your purchase, please refer to your customer reference number.
Currently orders are shipped throughout the UK only. But please do get in contact if would like to place an order from another country and we will see if we can help.
The cheases will be dispatched in a cool bag and ice block. Please provide an address where the delivery can be accepted immediately or collected within 24 hours of the attempted delivery by Royal Mail.
All orders are dispatched within 7 working days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed before Friday at 5pm will be dispatched the following week.
During certain times of the year, such as bank holidays, orders may take a couple of additional working days to be dispatched.
How do I look after my chease?
Please keep the cheases refrigerated once you receive them, wrapped and in their pot.
The cheases are fermented traditionally. These living cultures allow your cheases to continue maturing and will become firmer and fuller in flavour over time.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet? If your order has not been delivered please email us at email@example.com with your reference number (provided in your order confirmation email) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Provided your cancellation request is received before your items have been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you in full without charge.
If you have a complaint
All cheases are freshly prepared and inspected prior to delivery. We are confident that when your cheese leaves us, it will be in optimum condition.
If you are unhappy with the condition of any of your goods, for any reason, please let us know immediately by e-mailing email@example.com.
Should you have an issue with the quality of any of our goods, we will ask you to provide photographic evidence.
If you do not let us know of a problem within five days of having received an order, or if you dispose of any of our goods without having first obtained photographic evidence, we would not feel obliged to accept your claim.
I will post your order out within 3 working days, if you need your order before this please do let me know and I will try my best to get the order to you for your specific date.
UK delivery is by First Class Royal Mail (1-3 working days).
I always send an email to advise when I have posted your order.
If you have not received your item within five working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch. In the rare case of non-delivery please contact me within 30 days of ordering so that I can look into this for you.

Request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase
If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in sale-able condition. If you would like to return clothing please ensure it has not been worn or washed. Trying on the item is fine, but please do not wear for longer than necessary if it does not fit.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me, within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned in perfect condition I will offer a full refund, less the outbound postage cost. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
